**2 bedroom flat. You'd share with one female only**
So me and my sister have been living in this flat for over a year, and we absolutely love it! The thing is I might be moving to Barcelona in January, and the contract will also end on the 10th. This is why we really want to find people to rent the flat again with her starting next year. Here are all the details:
- Location: SE16 2UB. 7 min walk from Canada Water station (Jubilee Line), literally across the street from Surrey Quays station (Overground)
- Area amenities: 24 hrs Tesco 2 min away in small shopping centre, park, odeon cinema, public library, two gyms, restaurants and the docklands. All within a 5 min walk.
- The flat: 1st storey, one double room (to rent), one single room, one fully equipped bathroom and an integrated living room/kitchen. Heating, boiler, washing machine, and all the basic furniture and appliances included.
- The building: virtually within Southwark park, nice views, calmed atmosphere. Relatively small and built in the 90's (so it remains quite warm in the winter and fresh in the summer).
- My sister Fabi is the best bit! She is 25, spanish and venezuelan like myself, and she is passionate for musical theatre. She is very friendly, speaks perfect english, and always has interesting things to talk about - because she reads a lot. You will be lucky to live with her for sure! :) (sister's objectivity here)
The price indicated represents 2/3 of the total rent price because the double room is twice as big, bright and quiet as the single room. We believe it would better adapt to a couple, but naturally singles are more than welcome as well! Bear in mind you would practically have control over the whole flat because you'd only be sharing with Fabi, so its kindda like having your own big place. In any case, you will be responsible people established in London with a full time job, clean, organized, and non-smokers.
In terms of bills: water, power, telephone and internet have never exceeded 50 pcm. Next year however, council tax will need to be added! Finally, we are happy to receive visits for viewings! Just drop me a message and we will arrange a date/time.
