A house of young professionals seeking like-minded person to rent upstairs double bedroom. Room is medium size, has a decent amount of floorspace and storage, and looks out onto the garden.

We are a fairly quiet, mixture of friends and newbies. We would prefer someone who works a professional job, is about our age (mid-twenties), is a non-smoker, and speaks English fluently. Socialising is optional, but we'd definitely need to be able to get along, so being friendly and considerate is a must. We will not be considering couples.

All in all a very good deal for the money. Please apply if you think you would be a good match.

Update: I'm very busy this week so I probably won't be contacting anybody until the weekend and I'll do viewings next week (starting 27/10/14).

Update 2: I'm not sure exactly what bills come to on average a month because they are paid so sporadically but they're not too bad, probably less than £25.
