Double in 2 bed flat with quay views

Looking for a new housemate to move into a well located 2 bed flat near Surrey quays station and local shops. Also a short walk to Canada water.

The flat is on the second floor of a 3 floor block of flats and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a large living room. All wooden floors and white walls. Flat has lovely views overlooking Greenland quay and Canary warf. Free, private parking. Room is furnished and has its own bathroom.

My current flat mate is moving out and I am looking for a friendly housemate to move in in her place as I really like the flat and don't want to move. I am a research Scientist working at Barbican, but am also a keen latin and ballroom dancer. I'm a pretty active person and also enjoy music, reading, going out with friends eg. for a drink after work, dinner, cinema, theatre. However I also like a night in with a film.

The flat is rented through an agency but as I want to stay in the flat i'm responsible for finding a new flat mate. The contract with the agency would be for 6 months minimum.
