Two Bedroom Flat Share, Surrey Quays

Hi, I’m Johnny and I'm the only tenant of a two bedroom flat and I have a room available for a female only which is how I’ve always rented in the past and want to keep it that way.

The room available is close to local amenities and transport, the room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a side draw, night lamp and a TV and WiFi,

The bathroom is kept tidy at all times and has good water pressure. The kitchen has a cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, and use of all utensils. The living room is cosy and fully furnished, including Netflix and WiFi.

Surrey Quays train station is a minutes walking distance and Canada Water ( Jubilee Line ) is only a few minutes walking distance, providing links directly into central London, where London Bridge is only two stops away and Canary Wharf is only one stop away. Also close by there is a late night Tesco and shopping centre, and Southwark park and the docklands boat harbour and marina are close by also.
