A large Double room available

A very large double room just become available. We are looking for a professional to join this clean and warm household.

Everyone likes to feel comfortable while staying at home with all the modern amenities. A friendly house-share where you can catch up a nice chat and feel like living with friends, as well as feel respect to your privacy. We are all about finding the perfect match, as it makes a house share feel more like a home.

Just off Canada Water, near to Surrey Quays (overground) station makes this one of the quietest areas of London, with stunning views and a large sized park nearby, for spring-summer out door walks or exercise. You are easy to find peace here, being the property is overlooking the Thames water, and hardly ever hear people screaming, or hear sirens either. And in about 6 minutes walking distance there is huge shopping centre. Parking is available. And we are very flexible with any special requests.

If you are looking for plenty of space and kitchen comes with most modern appliances and its kept in a very good condition. Cleaner is provided every 4 week, therefore no cleaning duty is required, but tidy person is always preferred.

The distance to the nearest station is about 6-8 minutes, and all the possible shops are in close distance (of which some work 24h a day).

Hyper optical internet is provided.

Unfortunately we won't be considering any couples for individual room, unless if you are looking to rent both rooms together. As we want to keep the house pleasant and not overcrowded, so everyone feels like they have their time in the morning and the evening for a shower (and yes there are two bathrooms in the property as well) we think it is important to feel comfortable after work to relax at home.
