I am a British Property professional / landlord. I used to live at the house with my ex partner & since the breakup I have rented the room/s to multiple lodgers over the past. , however now i have a fast growing family im not around much at all ! My family are in Yorkshire so it’s over a 400+ mile round journey ‘so I hardly make the travels.

However I must check on the house & do maintenance also when I’m there so I stay a locked separate room. This room & all others are open to the both lodgers when I’m not staying. Apart from each lodgers room whom have there own locks on (which are hardly used by either lodger) it’s an honest & lovely house with only 1 person other than me to deal with.

I need persons whom are responsible to take care of the house as if it was there own, while I'm away! If this is you then please get in touch.

The house is new build class and was built in 2003 and is very warm. Externally we have a good sized enclosed garden at the rear and on street parking is available.

On the ground floor is the communal kitchen w/c and living room which leads into the conservatory then garden.
The first floor has two bedrooms and the communal bathroom with large bath & a powerful shower. (This bathroom is currently undergoing some modernising)
Home improvements are in the planning to be made in the home with equal convenience.
