Wonderful double room near Surrey Quays

Hello everyone,
We have an amazing room available from November 20th.

We will do a GET TOGETHER VIEWING on Saturday November 2nd from 10.00 - 13.00 for some coffee/tea.

Room is big and fully furnished.
Really affordable for the area and all the amenities provided. Big kitchen, living room and garden.
Extra costs are about £150 per month on average, in winter a little bit more including Council tax band E (shared among all 4 tenants)

Your new flatmates are wonderful people. Two Italians (M) and one Mexican (F). International household. All professional but not all with 9-5 jobs. Some work from home several days a week.
We treat this house as a home which means that we take good care of it and also that we became friends as all of us have been living here for many years.
We enjoy a nice conversation but we also give each other enough space so friendly and respectful interactions flow naturally and are never forced. We are looking for someone that can align with this way of living together.

Room comes fully furnished minus the chair you see in the pictures, everything else stays.
We have storage room, a small area underneath the stairs (which we call the Harry Potter room) and an attic.
One full bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs.
It's a really cool place. You will believe me once you see it.
Literally right next to the Thames and close to the Quays, calm and residential area and in Zone 2.
Bus 199 and Tesco less than 5 minutes away. Surrey Quays, Canada Water and Deptford station are 7-10 minute by bus and 15-20 minute by foot. (Lovely walk along the Quays)

Landlord is fantastic, replies and handles things quickly but doesn't bother us, great combination indeed.
