*Apologies very hard to get a picture of the entire room whilst on the double bed... Room comes with a double bed and the option of a single bed which we have also, as well as a large chest of drawers, table, cupboard, IKEA clothing rail etc*

Lovely big single room in a lovely penthouse - type apartment in Surrey Quays. Surrey Quays station (overground) is 5 mins walk (one stop to the Canada Water Jubilee Line which is 1 minute), and the Canada Water Jubilee line is part of the night tube service so it's easy to get home whenever (10 mins walk to Canada Water). South Bermondsey is also a 7 minute walk for all your national rail needs.

We have the buses 1 & 381 that stop right at the end of the road, as well as being night buses. Otherwise from Surrey quays/ Canada Water, many other buses are available.

We also have a 24 hour costcutter at the end of the road and two night buses (381 & 1) which go through Central London. More buses are available from Surrey Quays station. 7 minutes walk away we have the big Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, as well as a decathalon, and behind the shopping centre is the Cinema, Bowling, and restaurants etc. Aswell as having Southwark Park 3 minutes walk away, there are beautiful views of Canary Wharf from our balcony. We also have a free gym membership for the gym 7 minutes walk away that you can use on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We'd like preferably someone clean but not OCD (keep communal spaces clean, your room is your business). We're not looking for just a new flat mate we're looking for a good friend. Therefore we need someone nice, cool, down to earth, energetic, positive fun and chill... (to replace our friend who's leaving).

If you're not into socialising or chilling on the couch with us when you get home, then this definitely isn't the place for you... We just need to make sure you fit the vibes of the apartment before we live with you for a year haha.
