THE HOUSE:
This house is in a great location that’s actually very close to Canada Water Station. It benefits from a well-kept garden that leads off from a separate lounge via French windows. The kitchen is also a separate room and is a good size that features all modern conveniences including dishwasher, two ovens, one microwave, a toaster and a kettle which are all provided by the landlord. There is also a separate laundry room that benefits from two fridge freezers a washing machine and separate dryer.

The lounge area has recently been refurbished and now features some lovely wall art, a leather sofa and a newly mounted flat screen television. This gives the tenants a great place to relax and watch television in the evenings. Beside the lounge is a large storage cupboard which is excellent for storing suitcases and general items, this helps you save space in your bedroom.

You can get to Shoreditch High Street in 20 minutes and London Bridge in just 15 minutes door to door. So if you have some spare time, head down to Borough Market which is right by London Bridge Station! The house is also just a 9 minute walk from the Old Salt Quay, which is a great place to grab a drink in the summer evenings.

The nearest supermarket is Sainsbury’s Local which is just by Canada Water Station. The Surrey Quays shopping centre is also a good place to do some shopping, especially with the large 24 hour Tesco’s Extra meaning you can buy food pretty much anytime…
A short walk from the house can get you to the Odeon Cinema and the Hollywood Bowl, so you’ll never be short of things to do in the area.
There is also a lovely park and wooded area to the rear of the property just a short walk away. There is lovely viewpoint with a map of the area and a great vantage point to view the river running round Canary Wharf, the Canada Water nature reserve and the whole of the peninsula.
