Hiiii - a lovely double room going in 3 bed flat in Hackney Wick from mid October.
You will be living with two lovely girls - Lauren (30 working in tech sales) and Rosie (27 working in a education). We have absolutely loved living in the flat for a few years now but I am sadly leaving and moving to Australia so am looking for someone to take over my room. The girls are sociable, chilled and tidy looking for someone similar. They enjoy hanging out together cooking, watching tv, visiting Hackney Wick’s pubs but also have our own lives and friendship groups.
The lovely flat is 3 years old and we never have any problems. The flat has two bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms. It is next to Hackney Bridge so such a great location for all the fun things in Hackney Wick.
We are aiming for around 12th October to take over lease but housemate can be flexible on this if that works better.
You will be taking over the contract which runs until July 25, with option to extend longer if we want to stay!
£980 rent per month plus bills. Seeking a girl.
