I am subletting my double bedroom with an ensuite in Hackney Wick.
You will be sharing with one female, Dominque, 24 years old from Poland. Really lovely girl loves to socialise and chill.
The flat has two bathrooms, the main one has a bath. The flat also has underfloor heating for those cold winter days & nights. The balcony overlooks all of the London including the shard and is a beautiful place to watch the sunset.
The area itself has lots to offer including breweries, restaurants, cafes etc. There is a Tesco express under the building as well. Westfield Stratford is a 15/20 minute walk or you can also catch the FREE shuttle bus from the Here East building next door that takes 5 minutes. In Westfield you can find big supermarkets including Waitrose, M&S and Lidl. The Hackney Wick overground is an 8 minute walk from the flat. To one side of the flat there is olympic park with lots of pretty walks and to the other side you have the canal.
