Olympic Park/Hackney Wick newbuild ensuite, double

*Photos of rooms forthcoming* I live in a new build in EastWick + Sweetwater by Hackney Wick (right next to the canal, Copper Box Arena, HereEast, V&A Storehouse, and Olympic Park). My two lovely flatmates are moving out (she is moving countries and he is moving in with partner) and I'd like to stay as it's a really nice flat with a patio! 7 min walk to Mildmay line, 12 min cycle to Stratford, or 5 min bus / 15 min walk to Stratford / Westfield.

I am looking for two people to sign onto a new lease as the last day of our tenancy is 3 Oct. In total the flat (3 bed 2 bath) has one double ensuite + built-in wardrobe, and another big double room. New build so everything works and well-insulated in the winter and quiet; oven, microwave and dishwasher! Bills (including council tax) were on average £140pcm per person. The management company can provide furnishings (wardrobe, dresser, bed and mattress) or you can bring your own.

It's a really lovely area with families and young professionals around. Besides nature on your doorstep, there are lots of cafes, Hackney Bridge food hall, and also social places as well. Let me know if you're around for a viewing! - Eric
