Double room in beutiful unique flat in Hackney Wic

The flat is brand new and very uniquely decorated. As it's my own place it's very well looked after (cost includes weekly cleaner). Underfloor heating, dishwasher etc (all the usual stuff you'd expect from a new build) along with amazing Olympic Park views.

There's a 3rd bedroom which I don't rent out so there's space for hanging laundry and a pull out bed for guess when they stay over.

I have everything the flat needs (ironing board, smoothie maker, knives, pots + pans etc etc) so this is best suited to someone who doesn't have all of their own things like this - there's no storage space in the flat for anything extra.

I run a reformer pilates studio (strong + bendy in Hackney Wick) and also work at a fittech company. I'm very focused at the moment on building my business so ideally looking for someone who feels similar (party days are mainly over hehe)

Strong preference would be for someone who doesn't work from home (or at least not every day)

Last but certainly not least - I have a little Chihuahua called Gary!!! He can't wait to meet you :-) I often foster dogs so you can also expect an extra doggy visitor too.
