The room is in a flat share of 2 females and 2 male ages in their 20s. There are 2.5 bathrooms to 5 sharers so never any queues (1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 cloakroom). There is a large modern fully equipped eat in kitchen with a washer dryer.

The flat is very modern and recently refurbished. There are no carpets whatsoever. All rooms are solid oak flooring and kitchen and bathrooms are all fully tiled.

The flat is maintained by a great cleaner who cleans all the common parts once a week and this is included in the rent as are all the other bills.

The building itself is a very recently refurbished grade 2 listed architecturally designed 1920s building on the corner of Adelaide Rad and Finchley Road and only a minute’s walk from Swiss Cottage station (Jubilee Line).

The sharers are all professionals, 1 male and 3 females. All lead private busy lives and not the party type.

There is no shared reception room, only an eat in kitchen.
