We are a friendly and socialable bunch, who love to go out together but equally love just chilling in the lounge.
We are looking for someone social, who likes to have a chat over a glass of wine in the evenings and likes to go dancing every now and then.
About the house...
• 1min walk to Finchley & Frognal Overground, 5min walk to Finchley Road underground
• the room is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. It’s really quiet.
• £800pcm. council tax is included and other bills are approx. £50 a month (including cleaner every two weeks!)
• fully equipt kitchen with eeeeeverything you can ever imagine
• shared lounge area with massive TV with Netflix (obvs!) and Virgin
• garden & terrace with BBQ (banging summer parties)
• our neighbours have a massive trampoline we are allow to use (YAS)
