Flat is on the 18th floor of a modern block so great views and lots of light. Modern kitchen, wood floors and thermoskirt heating in bedrooms, washing machine, dryer,, etc - furniture furnished.

For budgeting, bills are roughly £275 monthly

Unfortunately, due to a prior negative experience, no pets.

5 mins walk - Primrose Hill,

10 mins walk - Northern Line (Chalk Farm or Belsize Park), Regent's Park, Overground (Kentish Town West)

15mins walk - 02 Centre (Vue (cinema), Sainsbury's hypermarket, Homebase) Morrisons)
