I have a 2 bed flat in Swiss Cottage, one bedroom of which I've been using for furniture storage - so effectively a 1 bed of around 60m.

I intend to sell the property, but there are ongoing building works so short-term lets only at present, ideally 3 months from early June -> late Sept.

Flat is on the 18th floor of a modern block so great views and lots of light. Fully furnished and the following bills included:

5 mins walk - Primrose Hill, shops on Finchley Road (Tesco Express, Waitrose, M&S,), Nisa

10 mins walk - Northern Line (Chalk Farm or Belsize Park), Regent's Park, Overground (Kentish Town West)

15mins walk - 02 Centre (Vue (cinema), Sainsbury's hypermarket, large, Morrisons.

Looking for short lets (up to 3 months) with move-in date 22nd June +/- a few days flexible either side.
