Three double rooms have come up in our four-bedroom flat on Finchley Road, sitting between Belsize Park and West Hampstead. We've called this place home for three years and we're hoping to find people who'll fit well with the flat and the person staying on.
The rooms

A lovely double benefitting from two sets of windows filling the room with natural light and a lovely view. Comes with a wardrobe. 3.82 x 3.49m
🔲 Room 2— £910 pcm
A well-proportioned double with a chest of drawers, wardrobe included. 3.61 x 3.52m
🔲 Room 3 — £780 pcm
A more compact double, comes completely unfurnished, although the Tennant of this room does have access to a built-in wardrobe in the corridor. 3.56 x 2.17m
All rooms are single occupancy. Deposit £1,009.62 per room.
The flat sits above a Waitrose and is partly furnished, with a mix of furniture that came with the property and belongings from the current tenants. There's no formal living room, but a cosy snug which is a lovely spot to relax. The flat is on the third floor with both a lift and service lift available.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for female young professionals or mature students — clean, respectful, and happy in a friendly, laid-back flat. We're a close group of girls who've built a warm, calm household and would love to keep that going.
Important: tenancy & notice period — please read
We'd love for new tenants to join the tenancy officially. There may be a very brief subletting period while transfers are arranged, but the goal is to have everyone properly on the contract. You'll need to pass a Right to Rent check and meet our letting agency's referencing criteria. We have had issues in the past with non-permanent work contracts/visas.
Exact move out/in dates vary slightly by room with some flexibility - please message for more details on this.
A note on the longer-term picture: the flat is on a rolling contract until November. Our landlord has indicated an intention to sell the property, though it hasn't been listed yet. Under the current arrangement, the landlord can give two months notice at any time, and tenants can give one months notice to leave. We want to be upfront about this - if you have any questions, please pop us a message.
Minimum tenancy: 2 months — though in practice we would hope and expect any new tenant to stay considerably longer than this
