Double bedroom available for female between ages 25-30. Joining two 28 y/o women in 3 bedroom flat.

Communal areas:
Combined living and dining room, shared galley kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate toilet room, utility room with washing machine (no dryer).

Bedroom:
Includes double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers.

Local Area: Quiet and leafy, mostly families, 10 minute walk from Swiss Cottage Station and Chalk Farm Station. 5 minute walk from Primrose Hill. 20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath.

Estate currently undergoing final phase of construction (recladding, window replacement). Construction on our building is complete, with scaffolding fully removed. Construction company will remain on the grounds of the building until works on other buildings on estate are completed.

Looking for someone who will mesh well with us as we are close friends. Two working professionals, one teacher, one musician and part time library assistant. We are generally quiet but we do enjoy a nice drink in the living room from time to time. Weeks are usually busy but we enjoy socialising on weekends. We also enjoy having meals together on occasion. Occasional WFH.

Term is set at seven months as we are currently looking to move out of the flat at the end of August. You would be in direct contact with the landlord if you move in so you can make arrangements should you wish to stay on in the flat.
