Double bedroom available for female between ages 25-30. Joining two 26 y/o women in 3 bedroom flat.
Communal areas:
Combined living and dining room, shared galley kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate toilet room, utility room with washing machine (no dryer).
Bedroom:
Includes double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers.
Local Area: Quiet and leafy, mostly families, 10 minute walk from Swiss Cottage Station and Chalk Farm Station. 5 minute walk from Primrose Hill. 20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath.
Building currently undergoing final phase of construction (recladding, window replacement). Windows already replaced in our flat, cladding due to be removed in August/September. Construction company will remain on the grounds of the building until Spring 2025.
Looking for someone who will mesh well with us as we are close friends. Two working professionals, one teacher, one musician and part time library assistant. We are generally quiet but we do enjoy a nice drink in the living room from time to time. Weeks are usually busy but we enjoy socialising on weekends. We also enjoy having meals together on occasion. Occasional WFH.
Council Tax Band D, Bills Not Included
Bill amount is around £100 a month for all amenities (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi)
