Double bedroom available in 3 a bedroom flat for female between ages 25-30.
Communal areas:
Combined living and dining room, shared galley kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate toilet room, utility room with washing machine (no dryer).
Bedroom:
Includes double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table.
Local Area: Quiet and leafy, mostly families, 10 minute walk from Swiss Cottage Station and Chalk Farm Station. 5 minute walk from Primrose Hill. 20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath.
Estate has just finished undergoing construction (recladding, window replacement). Construction company is in the process of removing their offices in front of the building.
Looking for someone who will mesh well with us as we are close friends. Two working professionals, one teacher, one dietitian. We are generally quiet but we do enjoy a nice drink in the living room from time to time. Weeks are usually busy but we enjoy socialising on weekends. We also enjoy having meals together on occasion.
There is no minimum term due to the new Renters' Rights Act but we would prefer if you are able to stay for the next sixth months or more. The landlord is very reactive and has always catered to our needs!

Bill amount is around £100 a month for all amenities (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi)
