Hello!

We are looking for someone to move into the 5th bedroom of our flat in Swiss Cottage (Jubilee line, near Primrose Hill) as one of our lovely housemates is heading off to go travelling!

Your room:
> Double bedroom — double bed included
> High ceilings, drawers in bed for storage. There is space for a desk and some extra furniture.
> It is a nice space to relax and WFH: fairly quiet and spacious.
> Reliable WiFi connection

The flat:
> This is a 5 bed flat on the 5th floor of a residential block set back slightly from the road.
> The kitchen has lots of storage and surface space, plus a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.
> The living room is large with big windows and we have split it into a cosy seating area and a dining/working area.
> We have 2 bathrooms and a third separate WC so there is never a queue for the bathroom.
> There is also a small balcony and small lift.
> Heating and hot water are included in the rent so it is always nice and warm in the flat.

The area:
> The flat is a 3 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube station (Jubilee line) and a 5 minute walk from South Hampstead overground. There are also multiple bus routes into central London.
> Nearby Finchley Road has many supermarkets, gyms and cafés. There is also a leisure centre, cinema, GP surgery, theatre and library within a few minutes' walk.
> We are well-connected to lots of green spaces, including: Primrose Hill (10 minute walk), Regent's Park (15 minute walk), and Hampstead Heath (30 minute walk).

Your flatmates:
We are a group of friendly young professionals in our mid-late twenties, who have been living in London for a couple of years. We are all fairly busy social people but we also enjoy nights in together cooking and watching tv as well as hosting the occasional party. We all work from home some of the time so there are often people around during the day to chat with over lunch. We keep the place clean and tidy and share out chores to keep it fair.

You would be a great fit if you are a friendly, sociable, and clean young professional looking for a wholesome female flatshare near central London. We are looking for someone who is happy to chat and make new friends but is also respectful of people's space and sleep.
