Cheap room - preferably for a lady willing to help

I'm a kind respectful intelligent man who's a great manager and Dad now divorced and struggling to manage a house on my own. Willing to provide lovely spacious room in basement to a hard working intelligent lady who'd like a safe space and a mentor like landlord, who's willing to do things around the house and is enthusiastic and respectful way to help me get back on my feet after long covid and other health issues in exchange for a really cheap rate for an amazing room in a lovely part of London. Must be ambitious and talented and able to see the opportunity to help each other as I'm a very experienced CEO/CTO running tech companies from home with two grown up musician sons who visit regularly and a male depressed but nice Iranian music producer housemate I look after. Amazing art, amazing speakers, healthy lifestyle, left wing views, want to make the world a better place not be greedy and focus on money vibe. Expectation is approx 2 hours/day help during the week, 1 hr/day at weekends with flexibility. Preference is for musicians/music teachers or intelligent professionals with a good degree.
