I have a room for rent on the top floor in my flat in Regency Lodge. Its available from 1st April 2026. I'm happy to offer a free two or three day trial for those wanting to see whats its like to stay in the flat & the area (from 1st April).

3) 3 mins from Swiss Cottage tube station (Jubilee line)
4) 5 mins from Gyms (multiple - Pure Gym, Leisure Centre will pool and rock climbing & classes, Anytime fitness etc)
5) 5 mins from multiple shops - Tesco, M&S. 10 mins to Waitrose and Aldi
6) 10 mins from Primrose Hill and 15 mins walk to Camden town.
7) 2 mins to the bus station (no 13, 113, 31 etc).
8) Tons of cafes and restaurants a local food truck and market stalls as well.
9) Hampstead theatre is 3 mins away.
10) Hyperoptic Wifi, FT porter, outside bike storage, lift access

Cons
1) No living room - a trade off for the convenience and location. No worries if this is important to you, this is also reflected in the price for the location.

Its very centrally located, being just minutes away from the high street and offering easy access to shops/ post office. Travel into the City and London is very convenient since the tube station is just 3 mins away and bus station is 2 mins away.

Room is fully furnished with space for working from home.

I'm moving into the flat and have great feedback from all tenants with many staying very long term. About me - pretty easy going and work in consulting from home/ office/ client site five to six days per week. I also visit my family in Reading regularly. For me, living with someone who has their own thing but is also sociable is important. I enjoy good flat dinners out and occassionaly cook for move nights in as well.
