I have a double room for rent on the top floor in my flat in Regency Lodge. Its available from 1st April 2026 for moving in. I'm flexible on the rent if I think you'd be a good addition. All bills inclusive.

9) Hampstead theatre is 3 mins away.

It doesn't have a living room, a trade off for the convenience and location and lower price for the area.

Its very centrally located, being just minutes away from the high street and offering easy access to shops/ post office. Travel into the City and London is very convenient since the tube station is just 3 mins away and bus station is 2 mins away.

About me - I work in consulting so I'm usually spending time between London and working away at client sites during the week. I'm very easy going, love exploring exciting new restaurants and places around London. Someone who is also easygoing and organised would be a great addition.
