Wesingle Occupancy Double Room

My flatmate is moving out on the 30th September since she’s moving out of the country. I’m looking for a female flatmate to replace her. Our contract is going to be freshly signed on 28th September for a 1yr period with a 6 month break clause. The apartment is a 4B2B, 2 person occupancy in a portered building with a lift. The location is Swiss Cottage NW3 5EB. It's less than 1min from the tube with all the grocery stores around a 10 min walk. The rent is 2900/mo for the apartment (1450/mo per person). Utilities are ~220/mo per person bringing it up to 1670/mo. The house was unfurnished when we got it, hence you will need to get bedroom furniture and kitchen stuff. The room is a large double with an extra study room and an independent bathroom. None of the bathrooms are ensuite. If this is something that works for you please get in touch.
