We’re two friends looking for a 3rd flatmate to join us in a wonderful 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms flat. We’ve put down a holding deposit on the flat and now need to find someone to sign the lease by the 8th of September!

Moving date: 10th of October.
Length of tenancy: 1 year (possibility to extend after)

The location of the flat is amazing:
⁃ Swiss Cottage station (3min walk) and Finchley road station (14 min walk) for the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines
⁃ South Hampstead (13min walk) and Finchley Road and Frognal (20min) for the overground lines
⁃ close to Primrose Hill / Regents park / Hampstead Heath
⁃ massive PureGym, Anytime Fitness and Swiss Cottage leisure center (with pool, pickleball/ badminton courts) all super close
⁃ Waitrose, Sainsbury, Aldi.. all walking distance
⁃ Lots of restaurants/ cafes/ pubs / bars in the area

The flat:
⁃ recently refurbished 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms + extra guest WC.
⁃ Your room would be on the second floor and you would only be sharing a bathroom with one person
⁃ The flat has a spacious and bright double reception room with a semi-open plan kitchen with dining room.
⁃ The room will be furnished with a bed and has a whole wall of built-in wardrobe.
⁃ Double glazed windows
⁃ all the necessary white goods (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer…)

Rent (excluding bills): £1,266.5
Council tax band G.
The bills + council tax will likely be an extra £150/ 200 or so per month

About us:

Margaux is 26yo, originally from France. She works in marketing, and will soon start an exciting new job in a start-up selling supplements for women’s menstrual health. She loves going on long walks in the parks, hiking, running, gym, and playing the piano.

Eddie is British, 29yo, and works in AI as a RPA engineer. He also loves going to the gym, playing tennis, badminton, pickleball and is a big Taylor Swift fan!

We currently live in a flat-share and love to spend time together, going out for the occasional drinks, gigs, pub quizzes…or stay at home playing board games, Mario kart/ Wii sport and watching TV (Eddie has a massive TV with all streaming platforms). And we of course also respect each other’s privacy.

We’re looking for someone who would be keen to be friends and make it a social flat share. We’re also both very clean and like to keep things tidy!
