2 rooms in 3 bed / 2 bath flat -Swiss Cottage

Hi everyone 😊

My name is Margaux, I’m 27 year old, and I’m looking for two flatmates to join me in a wonderful 3 bed/ 2 bathrooms flat in Swiss Cottage.

Unfortunately, both my flatmates are leaving to move out with their partners….But as the flat is just amazing and in such a beautiful location , I am super keen to stay and would love to find new flatmates! ✨

Moving date: 10th of October.
Length of tenancy: preferably at least 1 year

The location of the flat is amazing:
⁃ Swiss Cottage station (3min walk) and Finchley road station (14 min walk) for the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines
⁃ South Hampstead (13min walk) and Finchley Road and Frognal (20min) for the overground lines
⁃ close to Primrose Hill / Regents park / Hampstead Heath
⁃ massive PureGym, Anytime Fitness and Swiss Cottage leisure center (with pool, pickleball/ badminton courts) all super close
⁃ Waitrose, Sainsbury, Aldi.. all walking distance
⁃ Lots of restaurants/ cafes/ pubs / bars in the area

The flat:
⁃ top floor flat. recently refurbished 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms + extra guest WC.
⁃ both rooms available are on the top floor, and sharing a bathroom (so only 2 people sharing the bathroom). The rooms are both equal size / massive space! (bedroom #2 and #3 on the floor plan).
⁃ The flat has a spacious and bright reception room with a semi-open plan kitchen with dining room.
⁃ The rooms will be furnished with a bed and have a walll of built-in wardrobe.
⁃ Double glazed windows
⁃ all the necessary white goods (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer…). The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need (including coffee machine!).

Rent (excluding bills): £1,267
Council tax band G.
The bills + council tax are an extra £150/ 200 or so per month (depending on season)

A little more about me:

I’m originally from France and have now been living in London for the past 4 years. I work as a creative strategist in a start-up selling supplements for women’s menstrual health. I love hiking, running, gym, hanging out with friends and am planning to buy a road bike to go on long rides :)

I would love to find people who would be keen to occasionally spend time together, going out for walks, drinks, gigs…or stay at home playing board games and watching movies. But of course I would also respect each other’s privacy!

I work in the office most days of the week except on some fridays. I also have a partner who occasionally comes over but I more often go to his over the weekends.
I’m also clean and like to keep things tidy!
