The location couldn’t be better — right next to an Odeon cinema, library, leisure centre (with a large gym and swimming pool), and a GP.

Within 5 minutes on foot, you’ll find Tesco, M&S, KFC, McDonald’s, Subway, Boots, Costa, Caffè nero, asian and western restaurants, as well as bookshops, homeware stores, and much more.

Just 10 minutes away, there’s Waitrose, a Korean Japanese and istanbul grocery store, Pret, Aldi, a brunch café, and a shopping mall — more than four supermarkets within a 10-minute walk!

I’ve never had any issues living here and honestly wish I could stay longer.😂

There are bus stops right outside, and Primrose Hill is only a 15-minute walk, perfect for a nice walk or jog. Hampstead and Regent’s Park are about 25 minutes away.

The room is large and bright, with a double bed, wardrobe, 4-drawer chest, 4-tier bookshelf, 2-tier bedside table, Ikea desk and chair — still enough space to lay down a yoga mat comfortably.
You’ll have your own private bathroom next to the room — clean and easy to maintain.

All bills are included except electricity, which usually costs around £15/month per person (higher in winter, shared by six).
Wi-Fi is very fast, and there’s a concierge on site. Waste disposal is simple and well-managed.

Flatmates are quiet, tidy, and respectful, and since everyone has their own bathroom, we only share the kitchen — which is rarely crowded.
A cleaner comes once a month to tidy up the shared areas, and the flat will be professionally cleaned before you move in.
