The room is located on the first floor, fully furnished and designed to offer a comfortable and practical living space. The room includes a large wardrobe, desk, and plenty of natural light, making it ideal for working professionals.

The House

You will be sharing the house with friendly professionals from a range of industries. The atmosphere is sociable yet respectful; housemates enjoy chatting in the kitchen, playing sports, and spending time together while maintaining a good balance between social and personal space.

The house offers:
• A large shared kitchen on the ground floor
• Balcony and patio areas (recently refurbished; external photos may not fully reflect the latest updates, with all work completed by the end of the month)
• Washing–drying machine + all essential amenities
• Two shared bathrooms (some rooms are en-suite; the remaining rooms share two bathrooms)

As it is a large house, shared spaces can occasionally get busy, but regular cleaning helps keep everything well maintained.

The property is in a quiet, safe, and highly desirable area, with excellent transport links:
• 5-minute walk to Primrose Hill
• Walking distance to Belsize Park and Hampstead Heath
• Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line) and Chalk Farm (Northern Line) both within walking distance
• Jubilee and Northern lines operate 24/7 on weekends
• Costcutter just 2 minutes away, along with nearby major grocery stores

Camden Town, with its markets, restaurants, and nightlife, is only a short bus ride away.

Who We’re Looking For
• A clean and responsible individual
• Someone social and respectful who can blend well with the existing household
• Female preferred, based on current tenant requests, though compatibility with the house is the most important factor

Practical Details
• Long-term stay preferred, with 3 months considered
• Deposit can be spread over two months
