Double room with balcony available to rent in a 2 bed flat-share, in a quiet, green and leafy neighbourhood. The room comes with its own balcony. I am looking for a working professional rather than a student. Viewings will be held on Tuesday 28 July and Wednesday 29 July in the evenings.

There is some flexibility on the move-in date. I am keen to find someone who would be interested in living here long-term.

The flat is part of a white victorian house, in the heart of Belsize Park and Swiss Cottage, within walking distance of:

- multiple transport lines (Jubilee, Northern, Metropolitan, Overground, etc.)
- multiple large parks (Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill, Regents Park)
- all the shops (Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Budgens, etc. )
- all the cinemas (Vue, Odeon Imax, Everyman, etc.)
- trendy Belsize Village, literally around the corner, ideal for weekend brunches.

You would be sharing the flat with myself, a 30 year old woman who works in finance.
I am friendly and social, as well as clean and considerate, and I am ideally looking for someone who is the same. This is not a party flat, I like to maintain a peaceful and calm environment. I like to cook, travel and go to the gym.

The room comes furnished with:
- mattress (the new tenant will need to bring their own bedframe)
- There is potential to buy the furniture in the pictures from the current flatmate, however, he would be looking to sell all of it together in one go.

Money aspects:
- rent is £1,050 per month
- bills are around £200 each for everything (council tax, gas, electric, high-speed Virgin media internet).
