ROOM
This is a large, very bright, recently decorated room in an amazing flat, located on the top floor of a block in the heart of Swiss Cottage. The room has truly breathtaking views of the whole of London (and beyond!) and is full of natural light from sunrise to sunset, with a south-facing picture window. There’s plenty of storage thanks to the enormous built-in wardrobes.

FLAT
The flat is clean and bright and has a modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and two fridge-freezers. Fast wireless broadband internet (100+Mb) is included. There isn’t a separate living room, but the kitchen has a table and chairs. The bathroom has an electric shower and conveniently the toilet is separate. A small utility room houses the washer/dryer. We also have secure underground parking available.

LOCATION
Location-wise, it really doesn’t get much better. We overlook pretty Primrose Hill with its great gastro-pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques, and you can stroll straight through into Regent's Park. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Swiss Cottage tube (Jubilee line) or 8 minutes to Chalk Farm (Northern line). It literally takes about 15 minutes from the door to get to Bond Street, or the heart of Camden Town, or Hampstead – take your pick! Local shops and all the amenities and transport links of the Finchley Road are a stone’s throw away. Buses to Camden, Hampstead, and Notting Hill also stop nearby. There is a superb gym+pool+sports centre at Swiss Cottage, where there’s also a large library, Hampstead Theatre, and a brand new Odeon IMAX cinema. In case that wasn't enough, there are LOADS of great bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

BUILDING
The building is a tall tower block (hence the amazing view) and benefits from double-glazing and well-maintained lifts and interiors. The block is NOT on an estate – it straddles two expensive roads in Swiss Cottage and is surrounded by attractive period houses. The area is extremely affluent, quiet and very safe.

FLATMATES
The flat is shared with two lovely professionals - one male and one female. We are quiet, considerate and clean 😊 There’s a friendly atmosphere where everyone has their own space, but there’s always the option of chatting in the kitchen or heading off to the local for the occasional cheeky! (Well... maybe in 2021!)

In all honesty, this is a bit of a unique proposition and the price reflects the quality of life in the flat – it’s NOT a horrible dingy bedsit with virtual strangers for flatmates, but instead a clean, cosy environment with a respectfully intimate vibe. We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going professional to enjoy the view and the fabulous location. Hope it fits!
