We have a nice smaller double bedroom with a balcony available for rent in a spacious, airy & tidy flatshare in a great location of Swiss Cottage/Belsize Park.

The flat has 3 furnished double bedrooms, hallway, large fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher), fully furnished living room with a balcony overlooking communal garden and two bathrooms (one of them ensuite). We also have a parking space for one car available in front of the house.

The available room has its own balcony and is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a single wardrobe. Bathroom will be shared with one other person.

Rent is £670 per month and includes heating, other bills are excluded (app. £100 per month per person).

One month's rent & deposit to be paid in advance & references will be required.

The flat is in an amazing location with Swiss Cottage (Jubilee line) being the nearest tube station (3 min. walk) and also Belsize Park (Northern line) & Finchley Road (Jubilee & Metropolitan lines) are within walking distance (both app. 5-8 min. walk). All shops, supermarkets (O2 centre), gym are nearby plus there is an excellent bus connection (buses 13, 113, 82, 31, 46, 187, 286, C11 etc.) to the city centre.

Primrose Hill, Regent’s Park & Hampstead Heath within walking distance.

The other flatmates are two young female professionals. This is a friendly, easy-going & tidy flatshare and would suit another young professional who is looking for a cosy, comfortable accommodation in a great location, ideally long-term.
