Very Spacious Double Room in Gorgeous 5 Bed

We are three girls, Kat, Nina and Ally who have found a beautiful new flat 4 minutes from Swiss Cottage Tube Station (Zone 2). We are looking for our final flatmate or couple (£250pw) to complete our new home. We have one room left which is the largest in the flat with 2 large wardrobes and double bed 190pw single (250pw couple). The flat itself is very modern, has 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. There is a large living area with dining table and modern kitchen. There is also a balcony and porter!

The rent includes electricity and gas. Everything else will be split between us so should be quite cheap! There will also be agency fees (£125 for reference check and £150(ish) for inventory check.

As a house we are young professional girls who enjoy going out and having fun and also chill together on evenings. Ideally we are looking for a girl-only house, but will obviously make exceptions for a couple! We are all tidy and want to keep the house clean! We're looking for a like minded flatmate or couple. Tenants must be professional and pass references.
