Hi,

Sadly I am leaving this great flatshare where I've been living for just over a year because I am moving in with my partner.

The flat is situated on the 1st floor, of a massive old but absolutely stunning house. The landlord lives on the ground floor but is a lovely old man that I have bearly seen in the past year yet is always available when you need help.

The flat is very spacious with 5 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a toilet in each of them, a big kitchen with modern equipment, a laundry room and the master piece of the flat is the living room where the flatmates like to have a laugh after a hard day of work.

Just a short walk (8 minutes) from Swiss Cottage Station (Jubilee Line) and Finchley Road Station (6 minutes - Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines). In addition there is a bus stop opposite the front door which comes very frequently.

About the flatmates:
there are 4 of them, one Australian girl, one Kiwi girl and 2 British guys. They're all very friendly and super chilled. All enjoy catching up around a night out every now and then but everybody also enjoys having their own space.

Move in date is on the 1st of November.

Ideally long term is prefered but no maximum or minimum lengh of time.

Bills:
-Rent = £650pcm
-Deposit = £300
-Bills = £85pcm (including council tax, internet, tv licence, water, electricity, kitty and cleaner)
