The flat is ideally located 2 minute's walk from Swiss Cottage tube (Jubilee Line), 3 tube stops from Bond steet tube and within a 10-12 minutes walk to the O2 centre and all the cafes, restaurants and shops on Finchley Road. There is a leisure centre right opposite the building with a gym and large pool. There is an Odean cinema and a Costa coffee just underneath the building. Waitrose and Marks and Spencer (food shop) is a only a 5-10minutes walk away.

The other 4 flat mates are all professional, very friendly, polite, respectful and clean up after themselves.

You are renting direct from the landlord so there are no agents or tenant fees and I also manage and maintain the flat.

The flat is a licensed HMO and I have a gas and electricity safety certificates as required by law and I also keep your deposit in the deposit scheme.
