The tenants are all very polite, hard working, respectful, private and clean after themselves. The flat is quiet and not the party type of place.
All the bills are include: service Charge, Council tax, water electricity, gas, tv license, Hyperoptic broadband (much faster than Virgin or BT fibre optic broadband), and a Cleaner once a week to clean all communal parts of the flat.
