The floor is solid oak flooring so there are no dirty carpets in the bedroom nor anywhere else in the flat and the flat is always maintained to a very clean and high standard as the rental price includes a cleaner once a week to clean all common parts.

There are 2 bathrooms (one is a shower room) and one separate cloakroom/toilet with basin to share between 5 tenants.

The tenants are all very polite, hard working, respectful, private and clean after themselves. The flat is quiet and not the party type of place.

All the bills are include: service Charge, Council tax, water electricity, gas, tv license, Hyperoptic broadband (much faster than Virgin or BT fibre optic broadband), and a Cleaner once a week to clean all communal parts of the flat.

All rooms are lockable.
