Available from the 1st of February 2026. This is a licenced HMO flat, situated in a Grade 2 listed block a minute’s walk from Swiss Cottage station. Large double room in a modern flat. The room advertised is the first room in the video with the leather sofa. It has a comfortable divan double bed with headboard, double fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with table lamps, a comfortable leather sofa, a desk and chair and a book case. The floor is solid oak flooring so there are no dirty carpets in the bedroom nor anywhere else in the flat and the flat is always maintained to a very clean and high standard as the rental price includes a cleaner once a week to clean all common parts.

A British medical doctor working at the Royal Free Hospital.

The tenants are all very polite, hard working, respectful, private and clean after themselves. The flat is quiet and not the party type of place.

All the bills are include: service Charge, Council tax, water electricity, gas, tv license, Hyperoptic broadband (much faster than Virgin or BT fibre optic broadband), and a cleaner once a week to clean all communal parts of the flat.

All rooms are lockable.
