The Area: the flat is about a 3/4 minute walk from Sydenham Station, with trains running north every few minutes, connecting to London Bridge and Dalston Junction. Takes around 15minutes to get to Canada Water. There's some lovely green spaces nearby: Sydenham Woods, The Horniman Museum and Gardens and at the back of our flat is Mayow Park, we're also one stop away from Crystal Palace Park. Bus service is good - the 197 runs to Peckham and 176 (24 hours) to Tottenham Court Road.

The room: can come fully furnished but equally happy to remove the furniture if you have your own. It's at the back of the property so there's no traffic noise from the main road. It lovely and light and airy. It's currently has a double bed, set of drawers, hanging rail and shelving unit in there and there's room for a small desk if you wanted to.

Suzi and Dan: You'll be living with me, Suzi and my partner Dan. Dan's a tree surgeon so rises early, I'm a freelance photographer I often work from home during the day and am out in the evenings. We'd like to live with someone we can be friends with but who is also happy doing their own thing. We're relaxed people who love a good chat about art, films and music. We own the flat so like to keep it clean and tidy and hope whoever moves in will do the same.

The price is inclusive of all bills: electric, gas, internet (virgin fibre), council tax, water, so no hidden costs. No deposit to pay.
