The flat is a ground floor Victorian property with a large back yard and off street parking.

The flat is 1 bedroom and the bedroom is for rent. The living room is very large and I will be sleeping in one sectioned off area, with the dining and living room on the other side. Please see the photos for reference.

The bedroom is very spacious and includes a bed, large wardrobe, desk. shelving unit and chair with footstool.

About me:
I bought the house 1 year ago and I am still currently doing it up as I go :)

I am 33 and work as an Account Manager in an events agency, so I work and travel a lot, but when I’m home I love to go to the pub, eat out, go to the gym, go for country walks with my Sausage Dog Olive (who will be living with us). Olive is a very quiet and small dog and super super lovely…I’m sure you will love her, it’s hard not too!!

I would love to have someone live with me who I can become great friends with.
