Hi! I'm Looking for a laid back person or couple to share my Sydenham flat.
Huge double bedroom with great views, King Size bed and loads of wardrobe space.
The living room has a lovely views of Wells Park and Crystal Palace. It has a brand new boiler, new bathroom, full sized dishwasher and all mod cons. There is a communal garden, parking and an attic, and fast all inclusive broadband. Cleaner every 2 weeks for 3 hours.
12 min walk to Sydenham Hill station - there is a bus 1 min walk from the flat though - and the train to Victoria is only 15 min. Also in close reach are Sydenham, Forest Hill & Crystal Palace. You can be at the Everyman cinema in 7 minutes if you time the bus right!
I am a TV producer, usually I work in central London, but recently have been editing from home sometimes too. I’ll be staying in the small room which looks like a children’s room in these pictures! My 2 little Westies are very affectionate and quiet, if you like dogs you will fall in love with them, everyone who stays with me does!
