I’m looking to rent my second bedroom, a large bright double room in a LGBT+ friendly, spacious 2 bed victorian conversion flat. Situated just off Sydenham High Street, the flat is a short walk to Sydenham, Lower Sydenham and Penge East stations.

The bedroom is at the back of the flat overlooking the garden and has a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a desk and has 2 windows (dual aspect) making the room nice and bright.

The flat has a large lounge/diner, a utility room with washer/dryer & hanging space, a family bathroom with separate toilet and has broadband.

Sydenham high street has a number of national and independent stores with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pubs, a yoga studio and a comedy club literally at the end of the road. There’s a nice park on the street and Crystal Palace park is a short stroll away.

There are 2 stations within a 10 minute walk, and Lower Sydenham 15 mins away
Sydenham - services on Southern trains to London Bridge/Victoria and Croydon and Overground services to Highbury & Islington and West Croydon/Crystal Palace.
Penge East - services on South Eastern trains to London Victoria and Beckenham Junction/Bromley South/Orpington
Lower Sydenham - services on South Eastern trains to Charing Cross/Hayes.

I’m a 44 year old professional working a couple of days a week from home. I’m looking for a clean and respectful housemate who will keep the flat tidy and a good place for us both to relax in.
