Double room with Bunkbeds and double bed £1000

PLEASE READ. I have a room with a double bed and a bunk bed because I've been taking foreign students/Tourists. It's not a very large room but if there are 3 female friends who would like to share or couples. .I would, however, prefer Couples due to the size of the room, who don't necessarily have to be the same sex or be in a relationship. I would also consider a single person, but to be mindful that the Bunkbed will remain in the room. There are a Wardrobe and dressing table, a shared bathroom, and a kitchen and Broadband. Use of the Living room is restricted, there is access to the garden from a side-gate. Rent for three people £1,400, for two £1000 and for single £600 per month. I would also consider Students, Goldsmith University, Lewisham College, London Southbank University, Kings College, Lewisham and Guy's Hospital are easily accessible by public transport from Sydenham, There are three stations, Sydenham, Penge West, and Penge East are less than 10 minutes walk. These stations serve London bridge, Victoria, Canada Water, Croydon, Bromley/Kent, Highbury & Islington, Dalston Junction, Brixton, and Clapham Junction. Two buses run less than 2 minutes walk away that goes to Peckham, Tottenham Court Road, Croydon and which takes you directly to Kings College Hospital and London Southbank University. Crystal Palace Park is five minutes walk as is the High street that has buses to other areas. It's a Black British household, Mature female and adult son and Cat. I have a humble, friendly quiet home, so if you looking for stylish, plush accommodation, then this is not for you Everyone is welcome.
