Renting a room in Sydenham, bedroom with private entrance to garden, fully furnished. £900 for single occupant (comes with SKY TV/ Sport, Netflix, Spotify) Move in date TBC/ Flexible. Sharing with myself. Open to Monday - Friday LETS (cheaper price to be negotiated) massive garden, kitchen and bathroom. Would prefer female housemate who enjoys a bit of trash TV and wine in the evenings, but open to anyone with a similar vibe. Not a party house, but always open to having people over/ socialising. I require 1 months rent deposit.
