The Flat will be you, Zara aged 28 works in Marketing, and me (Nihal) aged 22 is studying at Camberwell College of Arts. We're both super chatty and friendly. The Flat has a small but perfectly formed kitchen and reception room, bathroom with shower and bath and 2 other bedrooms that Nihal and Zara have. There’s a bike shed for bikes and a very nice little patch of garden for the green fingered.
