Seeking a Flatmate to share my two bedroom split level flat. The second bedroom is a large and light double in a two bedroom split level flat. The flat is in a 1960’s block on the first floor.
The flat‘s in great condition and I’ve also recently decorated the shared living room.
The spare room comes with a brand new double bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers (not shown in the pictures). Happy for it to be decorated further.
The room also features a large built in double door wardrobe.
The flat is located 5 mins walk from Forest Hill station (great connections for London Bridge, Whitechapel, Canary Wharf, and Victoria) and 10 mins walk from mins Sydenham (quick links to Victoria, Balham, etc).
Rent includes all bills and I’m planning on getting a cleaner to clean the flat to save us both the bother!
A bit about me, I work in Canary Wharf and i’m bit sport mad so I don’t tend to be in the flat that often.
I’m house proud (without being OCD)!
