Huge bedroom in massive 3-bed in Sydenham

My wonderful, current flat mate is unfortunately moving out, so I am on the hunt for a new one! We live in a top floor three-bedroom maisonette (but we use the third bedroom as a communal office-type space due to it being quite small) on a quiet road in Sydenham.

Sydenham station is a 10 minute walk and Penge East is 15 minutes.

The bedroom is a massive double, with plenty of space for furniture as well as ample floor space. It comes unfurnished.

There is a also a huge living room, good sized kitchen and a balcony. As we have been living here for a little while already the kitchen and living room are fully furnished. There is already Virgin wifi set up, bills come to around £100 a month including council tax.

This will be a six month tenancy starting on the 17th February, you will need to go through referencing with our estate agents but they don't charge anything for the process.

About me:
I graduated from uni in May, where I studied American Studies and went straight into working as a journalist. I am currently working in a bar in Crystal Palace, whilst working on various other projects.

I am a super laidback, sociable person. I am out quite a lot; working, seeing friends etc. When I am home I like to relax, watch tv and hang out.

I have spent the last few summers travelling and scuba diving which are my two biggest passions, but I also love reading, writing and seeing my friends .
