There is another tenant currently living in the property, early 30s female working professional.

Flat comes fully furnished and is located on a quiet road in a lovely part of Sydenham on Lawrie Park Road, just a stones throw away from Crystal Palace Park and Sydenham station.

Flat comes with off-street parking. Council tax band C.

Rent per month does not include bills which work out around £300 per month split between two people.
