Huge king ensuite & sunny double – Sydenham

Two rooms available in a sunny Sydenham home, with easy access to central London. One huge double ensuite room (long or short-term considered) and another double room with shared bathroom (short-term only).

Ensuite room 1: £1100
Large, sunny ensuite room available for rent in a female flatshare. Short-term lets considered.

The room is furnished with lots of storage and a king sized bed, big chest of drawers, armchair and coffee tables. And there's a Juliette balcony too. The ensuite has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit sink.

The room is large (the size of two rooms on the floor below) and big enough for working from home if needed.

Double room 2: £750
Sunny small double with a large desk for short-term rental only. This room has a wall bed which can easily be pushed up for times when you need more floor space.

All bills are included in the rent.

Current housemates:
I'm mostly away for the summer, so most of the time you'll be sharing with one very lovely 25-year-old girl who works in data security, interested in reading and concerts.
Me: I'll mostly be away over the summer but home 1-2 nights a week after choir rehearsals, so you may not see much of me initially but happy to share a cup of tea and chat when home. I work in content and I'm interested in singing and yoga. :)

Looking for: someone who is easy going, friendly and considerate of others in the home. Someone happy to be a bit independent if other housemates are out of the house but equally happy to hang out once in a while with a cup of tea and chats.

Location:
The flat is a 15 minute walk from both Sydenham and Lower Sydenham stations so nice and easy for getting into London.

We are a five minute walk from a huge Sainsbury's (and B&Q, Next, Currys, Aldi, an aerial circus school etc) and a 10 minute walk from the cafes and restaurants on Sydenham high street. (Although we have some award winning takeaways at the bottom of the road!).
