Large ensuite room and double for short-term let

Two rooms available in a sunny Sydenham home, with easy access to central London. One huge double ensuite room and another double room with shared bathroom. Cat-friendly housemate preferred. :)

Ensuite room 1: £1050
Large, sunny ensuite room available for rent in a female flatshare. Available for short-term let (of 2 to 6 months, although happy with a little flexibility).

The room is furnished with lots of storage and a king sized bed, big chest of drawers, armchair and coffee tables. And there's a Juliette balcony too. The ensuite has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit sink.

The room is large (the size of two rooms on the floor below) and big enough for working from home if needed.

Double room 2: £750
Sunny small double with a large desk. This room has a wall bed which can easily be pushed up for times when you need more floor space.

All bills are included in the rent. (Flexible on the deposit for the larger room for very short-term periods).

Current housemates:
Emily: I'm often out at a yoga lesson, singing practice or a class, so looking for someone who is happy to be independent but equally happy to have kitchen chats and the occasional dinner together.
Kat: Also a yogi who works in digital marketing.
Two cats: One super friendly cat who will be your new best friend and one very shy cat that you probably won't see too often.

Looking for: someone who is easy going, friendly and considerate of others in the home. Someone happy to be a bit independent if other housemates are out of the house but equally happy to hang out once in a while with a cup of tea and chats. And it would be a bonus if you like living with cats.

Location:
The flat is a 15 minute walk from both Sydenham and Lower Sydenham stations so nice and easy for getting into London.

We are a five minute walk from a huge Sainsbury's (and B&Q, Next, Currys, Aldi, an aerial circus school etc) and a 10 minute walk from the cafes and restaurants on Sydenham high street. (Although we have some award winning takeaways at the bottom of the road!).
