Cosy double room inc sole use of shower room

The furnished bedroom is a cosy double, with lots of inbuilt wardrobe space. The room also has a desk and chair. The flat overlooks its secure shared garden from the first floor with nice green views and is generally very quiet.
There’s a shower room for your sole use, just across the hall.
There’s a shared living room and kitchen, all open plan. I eat fish but not meat so meat cannot be cooked (smell is not my fav) in the kitchen. There’s the usual mod cons in the place (washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer). With wifi mesh so usually very good connectivity.
This is my home and I share with two cats. They are indoor cats and have the run of the place so a cat lover is needed! They don’t have to go into your room (they will try too…) but everywhere else is their domain…
I am a working professional. I do the usual things… tele, podcasts, watch footie, and am interested in politics (lefty), theatre and film, music, reading… An lgbt+ or lgbt+ friendly person is a must.
The place is usually quiet, calm (except cat zoomies) and kept clean and tidy. A cleaner comes every fortnight to help with that.
I occasionally wfh… there’s a small desk in the bedroom that can be used for work etc.
I don’t have people round loads but do occasionally, so it’s the same for anyone sharing. I can make myself scarce now and again with enough notice!
The flat is a short 10 minute walk to the overground/rail in Sydenham making transport to most places in London easy. I commute to Canary Wharf, and it’s 25 minutes to Shoreditch, 22 to London Bridge. And buses go to Brixton, Dulwich, Peckham… easily too. Lots of lovely parks and cafes nearby. I love living here!
