A double room is available NOW in a quiet, clean, friendly house-share.

SHORT TERM LET maximum 6 months. We can consider the length of the term. Please talk to us.

Current housemates are all professional and they are all house-proud! They do enjoy social times in the kitchen as well as their own space in their room and are looking for one more friendly & intelligent person to complete our household.

Bthroom with new shower, downstairs toilet. Large open-plan dining space / fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.

WiFi network with ultra-fast 100MB Virgin fibre optic broadband.

Free off-road parking.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk and a chair, and wardrobe plus a built-in storage cupboard.
£700 pcm inclusive of all bills

Room is available for single occupancy.

A damage deposit of one month's rent will be held by an independent third party.

Located in a very quiet residential block, immediately adjacent to a gorgeous park that's great for walking or jogging and has free-to-use tennis & basketball courts. We are a short walk from Crystal Palace Park with its National Sports Centre, 17 mins walk from Forest Hill Pools, 7 mins walk from Dulwich Woods.

If you are friendly, clean living and not terribly noisy, then we'd love to have you come around to view the rooms and enjoy a cup of tea with us!

I am a live-out landlady and am currently overseas so I prefer to be contacted via email. I will pass on your information to current housemates to organise a viewing if you wish to view the room.
