Double En-suite with Garden

I have a room available in my flat. I would prefer to find someone who would be able to take it long term but I am open to short term under certain conditions.

It is a good size double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The bed and bedside table will remain in the room. The living space is an open plan kitchen and living room and there is a paved outside space which is private for the flat. There is an allocated parking space for the flat which is available to use. Bills are around £150 a month and these include Water, Electricity, Gas, Broadband and Council Tax (Band C).

It is a 10 minute walk from Sydenham station with a 20 minute train into London Bridge. There are three small parks within 5 minutes walking distance and it is a 20 minute walk to Crystal Palace Park. There are some lovely pubs and coffee shops along the high street and a lovely community feel to the neighbourhood.

I am 34, an accountant at a television production company. I am originally from South Africa and have been living in London for 8 years. I am a chilled and friendly person who enjoys a night in watching tv as much as going out to the pub with friends. I run and hike quite a bit, any excuse to be outside really. I am a homebody and value my personal space and keeping communal areas clean and tidy.

I currently WFH 2/3 days a week and would be looking for someone who is the same or entirely in the office. I would really like to live with someone I could get on with and have chats with but don't feel reliant on each other for a social life.
