My name is Pierre, I will be going back to France for at least 6 month, and looking to rent
My room. It’s a big double bedroom, 25 square meter, in Sydenham, you can literally see the train station from my kitchen, the area is quiet, safe, and has a lots of parcs and amenities at walking distance.
The flat itself Is quite big, around 70 square meter, furnished and very clean.

My friend flate mate, Karim, is a young (31 years old) professional, he is also in the music industry, he love fashion art and music obviously, he is very clean and the sweetest person I known, we’ve been living together 3 years and never had an argument.

I’m looking for 1300/month, all included
