Large double room with ensuit to rent

Hi it is myself and my 2 daughters in the house , we have a very old friendly dog who loves everyone . It’s a large semi detached house in a quiet road 5 mins from Sydenham station . We are very easy going and laid back . You would have full use of the kitchen and everything in it also the garden which is lovely in the summer . Your room is large with a double bed , 2 wardrobes and 2 chest of drawers with lots of storage. They is a tv in the room , and full use of the WiFi . The front room is for me and the girls so we have our own space , but there is a chaise lounge in the room so something comfortable to watch tv on . The ensuit has a shower no bath .
