Lovely room in Sydenham

Looking for a young professional who is friendly and easy to live with! This three-bedroom, three-floor house is looking for two new housemate (there’s another SpareRoom ad, same description but different room)!! Queer people to the front :p

The house has spacious rooms with tall ceilings, there is a marble countertop kitchen with all the amenities as well as two bathrooms and a garden. The front room is large with a big TV and sofa. The room you would be taking is on the top floor with lots of storage, a built-in large wardrobe, and a beautiful view of the trees. In the images of the room there are belongings, but of course, by the time you move in it will be empty and clear! The house is 5-minute walk from the overground and bus stops and supermarket the same distance. Bills are £150 a month.

The housemate you'll be living with is me (Gabriel, 24) and the second housemate is still being confirmed :) I love cooking and enjoy cooking with my other housemates and sharing some things in the kitchen (though this is not required). I’m half Italian and half South African but raised in sunny Brighton! I’m queer and would love to live with other LGBTQIA+ housemates! I work from home sometimes and I enjoy keeping the house cozy and clean, often with jazz fm playing in the background. I like looking after my veg patch in the garden, bouldering, reading and going out to Queer nights (Dalston Superstore !!) :)

I am renewing my tenancy so both new housemates would join the joint tenancy agreement and you would confirm your eligibility and an official deposit secured with the letting agents (Acorn in Sydenham).
